EasyDCIM is a data center infrastructure management platform for dedicated-server operators, colocation providers, and hosting businesses. It brings together server provisioning, inventory and asset management, locations and racks, operating-system installation, monitoring, PDU control, IPMI and Redfish management, client access, and billing integrations. The platform is available on the web and for self-hosted deployment, with Docker-based deployment on supported Debian hosts. Its strongest fit is a hosting operation that needs infrastructure automation alongside customer and service management.

Pricing is paid and the lowest listed package starts at $49 per month. The main device-management Starter plan costs $69 per month and includes server provisioning automation, inventory management, locations and racks management, automatic OS installation, colocation management, and basic monitoring. Basic costs $99 per month and adds IP address management, remote agents, IPMI integration, and a usage collector. Business costs $299 per month and adds switch and PDU management, while Professional costs $799 per month and includes advanced monitoring, DNS management, PDU and switch management, IP address management, and usage collection. This tier structure makes the higher plans relevant when power, network, and monitoring controls become central requirements.

EasyDCIM also fits environments that need distributed operations through remote agents, REST API automation, and connections to WHMCS or HostBill. LDAP, Slack, Telegram, and webhooks extend its administrative and notification options. PDU outlet control, power-consumption statistics, environmental temperature sensors, and monitoring support operational oversight beyond asset records. However, its documented strengths center on provisioning and infrastructure control rather than detailed facility space planning. Choose EasyDCIM when hosting automation, rack and asset administration, power control, and billing integration matter together; choose another product when facility-layout planning is the primary requirement.

EasyDCIM pros and cons

  • Where it doesn't
    • No free plan and paid access starts at $49 per month
    • The lowest asset limit is 50 assets
    • Less suited to space planning than infrastructure operations
