Easy Data Transform review
A capable local data-wrangling desktop app with broad formats and no built-in scheduling.

Easy Data Transform is desktop data-wrangling software for Windows and macOS from Oryx Digital Ltd. It is designed for individuals and small teams that need to clean, inspect, combine and export data locally rather than upload it to a web service. Users can build visual drag-and-drop workflows, profile types, outliers, invalid, missing and duplicate values, then apply cleaning, filtering, blending, verification, formulas and regular expressions. The software also supports JavaScript scripting, deduplication, dataset comparisons and portable installation.
Pricing is structured as one-time purchases rather than subscriptions. The Core Edition costs $99 one-time and includes unlimited .transform files, inputs, transforms and outputs, plus schemas and regular expressions. The Advanced Edition costs $198 one-time and includes the same listed allowances, with charts and visualizations available in that edition. A 7-day fully functional trial provides an evaluation period, but there is no free plan. Prices are also shown in USD, EUR and GBP plus tax.
The product’s strongest fit is local, file-based preparation where visual control matters. Support for Excel, CSV, TSV, JSON, XML and other formats gives it useful breadth, while batch folders and command-line processing can support repeatable workflows. Its limits are equally clear for teams planning connected automation: there are no built-in integrations or scheduler, and scheduled execution requires an external scheduler calling the command-line interface. Choose Easy Data Transform for desktop-first transformation, profiling and file operations; choose an alternative when cloud collaboration, integrated pipeline connections or native scheduling are central requirements.
