easescreen is digital signage software for organizations that create, schedule, manage, and distribute multimedia content across displays and networks. It supports single-screen deployments alongside corporate communication, retail, wayfinding, digital advertising, room booking, and interactive installations. A browser-based web interface handles content management, while the downloadable Screenmanager provides advanced digital signage capabilities. Its fit is strongest for teams managing varied content, multiple screens, or enterprise signage networks rather than simple mobile-first publishing.

The published plans show three deployment tiers. Simple Signage covers digital advertising, infoboards, menuboards, kiosks, and includes Screenmanager. Business Signage adds corporate TV, employee and customer information systems, digital bulletin boards, welcome and advertising screens, plus Screenmanager and Web CMS. Enterprise Signage is aimed at interactive and dynamic systems, cross-site networks, wayfinding, DOOH, and triggers and sensors. According to the vendor's pricing information, licensing is available through sales partners with lifetime-license and monthly-subscription options, and the Screenmanager has a demo mode rather than a permanent free plan.

For larger deployments, easescreen combines playlists, schedules, layouts, content layers, tagging, synchronized playback, monitoring, status information, reporting, and proof-of-play. Interactive playback can respond to touch, sensors, or network conditions, while eSign supports room booking and resource management. Integrations include Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, Google Calendar, CSV, XML, XSL, databases, sensors, RSS feeds, and websites; API access is also available. Offline playback, custom user roles, and support for web, Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS broaden its deployment options, although there is no mobile app. Choose easescreen when format breadth, control, and enterprise orchestration matter; choose a simpler alternative for a small, mobile-led signage operation.
