Our verdict on DVLOP
DVLOP sells downloadable photo preset packs for Adobe Lightroom, Camera Raw and selected Capture One workflows. Its products are aimed at photographers working in wedding, portrait and outdoor photography, particularly advanced Lightroom users who want more control than a simple style preset provides. Support covers Lightroom Classic, Camera Raw, Lightroom desktop and Lightroom Mobile, while selected packs also include Capture One styles. Packs are purchased individually and installed through the DVLOP & THINGS installer for Adobe workflows.
Pricing is straightforward at the pack level. The published Sunlight pack price is $39 as a one-time purchase, and that pack includes three presets for Adobe Lightroom and Camera Raw, with Lightroom Mobile presets included. Some bundles are available, while pack prices vary by product. DVLOP states that digital sales are final, so the one-time purchase model suits buyers who already know which pack fits their workflow. It is less suitable for photographers looking for a free starting tier or a subscription that provides broader access across a library.
The standout technical focus is adaptive and modular editing. Camera-specific Dual Illuminant profiles are designed for camera-aware color treatment, while ISO-adaptive presets adjust settings based on ISO. Modular presets allow styles to be mixed, and tone curves, palettes, editing toolkits and opacity-control presets provide additional ways to shape a result. The product is a strong fit for Lightroom users who value structured control and mobile support. Buyers who want a larger number of presets in the entry pack, universal Capture One coverage or a free way to evaluate the library should consider alternatives.
