Driversnote is mileage-tracking software for individuals, self-employed professionals, and teams. It records trips automatically through phone motion detection or an optional iBeacon, while also supporting manual starts, stops, and entries. Users can classify journeys as business, personal, medical, or charity, apply standard or custom reimbursement rates, manage multiple vehicles and workplaces, and create reports for reimbursement or tax documentation. Web, iOS, and Android access are available, alongside a public API.
The published plans use monthly pricing. Free costs $0 per month and includes automatic tracking, access across iOS, Android, and the web, plus reporting for up to 15 trips. Pro costs $11 per user per month and adds unlimited trips and reports, an edit log, and the public API. Teams costs $11 per license per month and includes unlimited trips and reports, administrative report collection and validation, and the public API. Teams + adds team administration tools, Single Sign-On, the public API, and a Dedicated Customer Success Manager. Prices exclude taxes and may vary by region.
Driversnote is particularly suited to established teams that need a defined review and approval process. Team features support report collection, review, and approval through the web app, while PDF and Excel exports help move mileage records into reimbursement or tax workflows. Wave and Dinero are named integrations, and the API provides another route for connecting systems. Individuals who need only occasional tracking may find the Free plan sufficient, while teams seeking AI features or integrations beyond Wave and Dinero should consider alternatives.
