It combines product design, catalog creation, mockup generation, order import, tracking synchronization, fulfillment, and shipping across connected stores and marketplaces. Orders can also be created through spreadsheets, manual entry, Order Desk, or a documented API. Its product range includes apparel, accessories, drinkware, home goods, electronics, and ornaments, making it suitable for multichannel sellers that want one operational layer for varied merchandise.
The free tier covers core order automation and broad marketplace connectivity, including Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Order Desk. The Basic plan adds 30+ printing locations, free product creation, API, spreadsheet, and manual order creation, plus free mockups and connections for 2 stores with 5 staff accounts. Plus costs $19.99 per month when billed annually and adds up to 30% off product prices, priority customer support, standard data reports, 12 connected stores, 20 staff accounts, and partner program access.
