DPOrganizer review
A cloud privacy-management platform for data maps, RoPA records, and DSAR workflows.

DPOrganizer is cloud privacy-management software for privacy professionals and organizational data protection teams. It brings together records of personal-data processing, data subject request handling, privacy assessments, and risk oversight. Teams can map processing activities, personal-data categories, assets, and RoPA records, then review storage and access details, including database ownership. The product is suited to organizations formalizing a privacy program, from small teams through enterprise, that need a shared view of processing and request work.
Its strongest fit is the combination of data inventory and operational workflows. Processor and sub-processor records include review tracking, while filtered reports help teams examine processing activities. For DSARs, users can work from a central dashboard with request forms and task workflows. Policies, processing agreements, and privacy impact assessments can be uploaded or linked. A risk dashboard surfaces high-risk processing, scheduled reviews, DPIA status, and incident status. One boundary matters for retention work: DPOrganizer can record retention details, but it does not track when a retention period expires. Teams that need expiration tracking should account for that gap when comparing options.
According to DataGuard's pricing page, pricing is quote-based, and there is no free plan. The listed Base plan includes the SaaS platform, security and compliance features, employee awareness and training, AI-powered automation, integrations and APIs, and admin and access controls. Pro adds expert support, data migration, and support to establish a privacy program; Enterprise offers tailored platform features and support for larger organizations. These are broader DataGuard plans, not a DPOrganizer-specific price. DPOrganizer remains accessible through its login, and the public site says it is part of DataGuard and that the platform and support continue as usual. Choose it for structured maps, RoPA, and DSAR work; consider alternatives if retention-expiry tracking or transparent self-service pricing is essential.
