dotCanada WordPress Multisite Hosting runs multiple related WordPress sites from one installation, database, and administrative login. It is designed for agencies, school boards, franchises, and publishers managing a shared multisite network. Networks can use subdomains or subdirectories, while custom domain mapping supports separate domains for individual network sites. Hosting is provided on Canadian servers, with web and API access listed as supported platforms.
The plan structure scales by website capacity and server resources. Premium includes WordPress multisite hosting, one website, 20 GB of NVMe storage, unlimited bandwidth, a free domain name, and daily backups. Business adds unlimited websites, 30 GB of storage, 2x more CPU and RAM, unlimited addon domains, and one-click backup restore. Enterprise keeps unlimited websites and addon domains, increases storage to 40 GB, provides 3x more CPU and RAM, and adds HTTP/3 plus a free malware scanner and remover. The published plans show a clear progression for networks that need more sites, capacity, or server resources.
Operational tools are a strong part of the offering. LiteSpeed Cache supports independent cache settings for subsites, and WP-CLI over SSH enables bulk plugin, theme, and maintenance operations. Softaculous provides one-click WordPress installation, while daily backups cover the entire multisite network. Staging is included in the category specifications, and one-click restore is available on the two higher plans. The main constraint is the one-website limit on Premium, making this a better fit for a single network than for buyers seeking several separate multisite installations. Choose it for centralized WordPress network management; consider another host if multiple networks are a core requirement.
