DonorSnap is a donor management and nonprofit CRM platform for organizations tracking contacts, households, gifts, pledges, memberships, volunteers, and interactions. Its feature set covers custom online donation forms, recurring donations, automated acknowledgment letters and receipts, campaign tracking, fundraising reports, mass email, targeted donor outreach, custom queries, dashboards, analytics, task automation, notifications, Excel import, and data cleanup. Browser-based access and an iPhone and iPad app support organizations that need donor information available across web and mobile environments. Integrations include Stripe, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Constant Contact, Twilio, DonorSearch, and NCOA Service.
DonorSnap uses paid, contact-based plans and does not offer a permanent free plan. The first 30 days are free as a trial. The published plan structure includes Up to 1,000 Contacts, Up to 2,500 Contacts, Up to 5,000 Contacts, Up to 10,000 Contacts, Up to 20,000 Contacts, and Up to 30,000 Contacts. Every listed plan includes unlimited users and all features, so the paid tiers add capacity for larger contact lists rather than separate feature packages. A $200 site setup fee applies to all sites, and annual prices are also listed on the official pricing page. Data conversion, training, and customer support are included in the product offering.
DonorSnap is a strong fit when a nonprofit needs one system for donor records, fundraising workflows, communications, reporting, and integrations. Its main tradeoff is pricing clarity: the contact-based structure is clear, but the plan details do not distinguish features by tier. Organizations with smaller lists or a preference for a permanent free plan should compare alternatives. It may also be less suitable for teams seeking a feature-light system, since its scope includes household management, automation, analytics, data cleanup, outreach, and multiple accounting, messaging, and research connections.
