DonorDock is a cloud-based donor management and fundraising platform for small and growing nonprofit teams. It brings donor and contact records, giving history, campaigns, appeals, pledges, funds, online donation forms, recurring gifts, communications, automation, and reporting into one web-based system. Its audience is nonprofits that need donor operations alongside email marketing, rather than organizations looking for an email-only campaign tool.

The published ONE plan costs $500 per month with annual billing. It includes unlimited contacts, five users, all features, 10,000 marketing emails per month, 1,000 text message credits per month, and 10 automations. The plan also includes donor segmentation, email and text campaigns, donor journeys, automated thank-yous and donation receipts, online giving pages, recurring donation tracking, dashboards, exports, annual giving statements, and custom report building. Online donations made through DonorDock giving pages carry a 2% platform fee, while Stripe and PayPal processing fees apply separately.

DonorDock’s main strength is breadth: teams can manage donor relationships, gift and campaign activity, major-gift asks, tasks, projects, data migration, duplicate merging, and recurring-gift migration alongside outreach. It connects with Stripe, PayPal, and QuickBooks, but the limited integration set may matter to nonprofits with broader technology stacks. Online giving features are limited to verified IRS-recognized tax-exempt organizations based in the United States. Choose DonorDock when a nonprofit needs a combined CRM, fundraising, communications, and reporting system. Choose an email-focused alternative when the primary requirement is campaign sending at a lower entry price or with wider platform connectivity.
