Affordable managed-device monitoring with discovery, topology maps, alerts, and remote management.

Domotz is a cloud-based network monitoring and management platform for managed service providers, IT departments, and system integrators. Lightweight collectors monitor local networks while web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android applications support multi-site access. The platform discovers and inventories connected devices, maps network topology, monitors services, sends alerts, and provides remote access and management tools. It suits teams that need centralized visibility across managed devices without adopting a broader enterprise monitoring platform.
Pricing has two main paid options. The Managed Device plan costs $1.50 per managed device per month, billed monthly, and is sold in bundles of 10 devices. It supports payment for actively managed devices. The Collector Plan costs $35 per collector per month and provides full platform access on every device monitored by that collector, along with unlimited networks and locations. Annual and volume discounts are available. Domotz also offers a free discovery tier and a 14-day trial. The published plans show a clear choice between device-based pricing for targeted monitoring and collector-based pricing for broader coverage.
Its feature set combines automatic Layer 2 and Layer 3 discovery, inventory, topology mapping, SNMP, OS sensor, TCP service, and custom-script monitoring with network and device alerting. It also includes web application and cloud-service monitoring, speed tests, traceroutes, VPN on demand, remote access, power management, configuration backup and restore, a REST API, and webhooks. Integrations include Autotask PSA, ConnectWise Manage, Kaseya BMS, ServiceNow, Syncro, Freshservice, Freshdesk, Zendesk, HaloPSA, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Telegram. Domotz is a strong fit for MSPs and IT teams prioritizing affordable managed-device coverage and operational integrations; organizations seeking deeper platform breadth should consider a more expansive alternative.
