DomainWarn is a web-based DNS and domain monitoring service for agencies, freelancers, web developers and IT service providers managing client portfolios. It monitors DNS records, nameserver consistency, DNSSEC, website availability, certificates, mail records and domain expiry. Authoritative nameserver queries, stored snapshots and incident creation help teams see what changed and compare before-and-after records rather than relying only on resolver-cache results.
Pricing scales by portfolio size and monitoring frequency. The Free plan supports 3 domains, checks every 15 minutes, 2 members and 7 days of history, with DNS, mail and certificate change detection plus webhook, Slack, Discord and Telegram notifications. Freelancer costs €19 per month or €190 per year for 25 domains, five-minute checks, five members and 30 days of history. Agency costs €49 per month or €490 per year for 100 domains, one-minute checks, 15 members and 90 days of history. Agency Pro costs €99 per month or €990 per year for 300 domains and 50 members. Annual billing includes two months free, and prices are net of VAT.
Its strongest fit is operational visibility across many customer domains. DomainWarn checks A, AAAA, MX, TXT, CNAME, CAA and NS records, validates DNSSEC signature chains, and checks nameserver reachability, consistency and lameness. Portfolio management, reports, status pages, configurable alerts and a REST API support agency workflows, while integrations include Cloudflare, Hetzner DNS, IONOS, netcup, INWX and Amazon Route 53 for zone import and record creation. Choose it when domain coverage, change context and alert routing matter more than a minimal single-domain monitor. Smaller teams may find the Free plan's domain and history limits restrictive as their portfolio grows.
