Domainsdealer is a web-based marketplace for buying, selling, appraising, and auctioning premium domain names. It suits domain investors and brokers who need valuation workflows alongside seller tools. Buyers can browse listings, watch domains, run appraisals, make offers, and use buy-now purchases without a subscription. Sellers can import portfolios, manage listings, reprice domains, negotiate offers, schedule auctions, and route transfers through third-party escrow.

The free access is useful for browsing, appraisals, watching listings, and offers, while selling requires a paid plan. Investor costs $39 per month when billed annually or $49 per month when billed monthly, covering up to 100 domains, unlimited appraisals, portfolio import, offer negotiation, a seller dashboard, and one seat. The annual Investor plan also includes bulk CSV appraisal runs for up to 500 domains. Pro Broker costs $199 per month annually or $249 per month monthly, supports up to 2,500 domains, and adds bulk appraisals, priority comparable sales, sales landers, auction scheduling, and sold-comps analytics. Brokerage / Enterprise adds unlimited listings, white-label landers, custom valuation models, a dedicated broker and buy-side sourcing desk, SSO/SAML, and roles and permissions.

Its standout strength is the combination of automated appraisals, comparable-sales data, bulk workflows, and marketplace execution in one seller-oriented product. Buy-now listings, buyer offers, live auctions, repricing, and assisted transfers support different sales approaches, while third-party escrow is used to release funds after transfer. The trade-off is that sellers face paid access, listing limits on the lower tiers, sales commissions, and web-only availability. Investors with portfolios within 100 domains should consider Investor; larger operations and brokerages have a clearer fit with Pro Broker or Brokerage / Enterprise. Buyers who only want to browse or make offers can use the marketplace without a subscription.
