Domain Notifications is a web-based workspace for agencies, IT teams, MSPs, multi-brand companies, and other organizations managing multiple domains. It brings registrar, expiration, ownership, DNS, SSL, privacy, cost, status, hosting-plan, and customer context into portfolio records. Teams can organize shared and private records, use workspace roles, and view healthy, expiring, expired, suspended, and high-cost items from a dashboard. Expiry reminders can be configured with workspace defaults and domain-level overrides, while records can be imported or exported through CSV and XLSX files.
Pricing follows a freemium model with a 7-day free trial. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes up to 10 domains, 10 hosting plans, one user, and expiry notifications by email. Pro costs $19.99 per month and raises the limits to 50 domains, hosting plans, and customers, with five users, different user roles, and email or Slack notifications. Ultimate costs $39.99 per month and supports up to 500 domains, hosting plans, and customers, 20 users, different user roles, and custom attributes for domains, hosting plans, and customers. The published plans show monthly billing; a yearly billing option is presented separately.
The product fits teams that need shared ownership of renewal work rather than a narrow alert-only inbox. Email, Slack, SMS, and webhook channels provide several ways to route expiry notifications, while Slack and webhooks are listed integrations. Hosting-plan renewal tracking and customer grouping extend the workspace beyond domain-only records. However, Domain Notifications stores DNS and ownership context without changing DNS or registrar settings, and it does not monitor DNS changes, ownership changes, or status changes. Choose it for collaborative portfolio administration, structured reminders, and role-based workspaces; choose an alternative when continuous change monitoring is a core requirement.
