DockHero is a web-based dock scheduling platform for warehouses, manufacturers, retailers, 3PLs, e-commerce operations, and wholesale businesses. It organizes appointments by warehouse, section, or individual door, while giving carriers a self-service route to book against validated purchase or sales orders. Teams can define load types, appointment durations, eligible doors, capacity caps, and blackout windows, then track drivers through check-in and the appointment lifecycle. Recurring weekly appointments, carrier history, rescheduling, SMS notifications, and live door and yard displays extend it beyond a basic calendar.
Pricing is structured around paid monthly plans. Starter costs $249 per month and includes the complete platform, unlimited users, a free carrier portal, carrier self-service with PO/SO validation, and live door and yard display. Founding Member costs $299 per month and adds up to five sites, every feature shipped during the year, and a direct line to the founder.
