DIY Surveys is a cloud survey platform for researchers, consultants, in-house insight teams, customer-experience teams, and other organizations. It combines survey templates, drag-and-drop question editing, respondent uploads, purchased respondent panels, multi-channel invitations, and online results analysis. The platform is available through the web and API, with tools for collecting responses, managing recipients, and producing reports.

Its usage-based structure has two main customer paths. Cash Customers pay per SMS or WhatsApp invitation, with costs varying by country; no license fees apply, and standard support plus a knowledge base are included. Credit Customers also have no license fees unless premium support is required, with monthly invoicing for usage and possible volume breaks. This approach fits teams that prefer costs tied to survey activity rather than a recurring software license.
