Dixa review
A feature-rich contact center for ecommerce teams that can support premium per-agent pricing.

Dixa is an agentic customer service platform for mid-market ecommerce and consumer brands. It brings phone, email, forms, chat, WhatsApp, and social messaging into one workspace, with threaded conversation history and collision detection for shared inbox work. Its audience is ecommerce operations that need contact-center functionality across customer channels, rather than a simple email ticketing system. Dixa also supports order-focused inquiries such as tracking, refunds, returns, and order changes through its Mim AI Agent, while human agents can use AI Co-Pilot for replies, drafts, translations, summaries, and knowledge retrieval.
Pricing is positioned at the premium end of help desk software. The Growth plan costs €89 per agent per month and includes the omnichannel contact center, Knowledge Base, Mim AI Agent, Intelligent Routing, IVR, call recording, and Service Level Agreements. Ultimate costs €139 per agent per month and adds Routing with External Data, Knowledge-Centered Service, Standard AI Intent Detection, Advanced Automations, and Skills-Based Routing. Prime costs €179 per agent per month and adds SSO, Advanced AI Intent Detection, Advanced Insights, Custom User Roles, and Auto Redaction. An annual option offers a stated 20% saving, while the product has no free plan or self-serve free trial.
Dixa’s strongest fit is an ecommerce environment with varied channels, structured routing, SLA requirements, and integrations such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Klaviyo, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Recharge. Its API, webhooks, references, and developer documentation support custom connections, but platform coverage is API-only, which may make implementation less attractive for teams seeking broad native platform access. Choose Dixa when omnichannel operations and commerce workflows justify the per-agent cost; choose a simpler help desk when the team needs lower pricing, a free entry point, or narrower email-first support.
