It imports Shopify disputes, organizes order, fulfillment, policy, and customer information, and provides a centralized dashboard for managing cases. Deadline and lifecycle tracking, case notes, activity logs, and dispute analytics support teams handling recurring chargeback volume. The product is aimed at merchants that want a structured review process rather than a basic dispute inbox.
Its plans are organized around packet volume and operational scope. Operator provides unlimited dispute imports, packet generation as needed, and no monthly subscription. Entrepreneur adds the full chargeback management toolkit, deadline and status tracking, submission-ready PDF packets, and Shopify synchronization. Executive includes the Entrepreneur features plus 100 response packets per month, additional packets at $0.50 each, and no hard cap.
