DisputeReady is chargeback operations software for ecommerce, finance, operations, and support teams working with Stripe disputes. It synchronizes disputes, tracks due dates and status, assigns ownership, and organizes evidence for issuer-ready packets. The web-based product also supports WooCommerce, Slack alerts, and the Proof API for custom commerce systems. Its focus is operational coordination and evidence preparation rather than broad processor coverage.
The plan structure separates preparation from submission and intelligence features. Core includes Stripe-ready export, a packet builder with PDF export, readiness checklists, evidence-gap tracking, policy snapshots, policy linking, and WordPress/WooCommerce support. Growth adds in-app Stripe submission, the Dispute Intelligence Engine, an AI Credits add-on, and email support. Scale adds the same submission and intelligence capabilities with AI Credits available one-time and as an add-on, plus priority support. Enterprise introduces custom active and monthly dispute limits, custom invoicing, dedicated support, SLA and custom terms, and security and compliance requirements.
DisputeReady fits teams that want a shared process for collecting evidence, watching deadlines, and assigning dispute work around Stripe. AI-backed evidence suggestions are available on Growth and Scale, while submission remains subject to Stripe enabling it for the account. Core is better suited to teams comfortable exporting packets and completing guided submission. Teams needing custom commerce connections can use Proof API, while WooCommerce merchants get a direct integration. It is less suitable for buyers seeking a free entry plan, automated representment, or integrations across multiple verified payment processors.
