DisplayFlow review
A focused signage platform for small venues running menus, timetables and events.

DisplayFlow is cloud-based digital signage software for small businesses and customer-facing organisations. It supports menus, promotions, timetables, event notices, property listings, quizzes and business information across hospitality, retail, gyms, estate agencies, reception areas and waiting rooms. Teams can manage content from a browser or mobile device, while screens run through compatible browsers or an Android player. The product is especially relevant to venues that need frequently changing menus, schedules or event information rather than only static promotional slides.
Published plans show a 14-day free trial and no free plan. Monthly pricing starts with 1 screen at £10 per screen, Up to 3 screens at £25, Up to 5 screens at £35, and Up to 10 screens at £50. Annual pricing is £100 for 1 screen, £250 for Up to 3 screens, £350 for Up to 5 screens, and £500 for Up to 10 screens. Each plan includes menus, timetable creation, uploads, playlists, schedules, screen assignment, monitoring, email alerts, remote updates and quizzes. The feature set also includes image and video uploads, URL media imports, slideshows, tickers, overlays, clocks, countdowns, weather and RSS.
For event-led operations, DisplayFlow adds CSV and iCal timetable imports, Google Calendar and Outlook integrations, and Google Business Profile support. AI media creation from prompts and reference images is included, alongside property and room-hire listing pages and built-in quizzes. Offline playback is supported, and two-factor authentication is listed as a compliance feature. Support channels include email, chat and documentation. Choose DisplayFlow for small teams managing a limited number of screens with menus, schedules and remote updates. Organisations needing broader platform coverage or deployments beyond the listed screen tiers should compare alternatives.
