Dispatch360 is a cloud-based dispatch and fleet-management platform for ready-mix concrete and other construction-material producers, including volumetric concrete, aggregate, block, precast, asphalt, and paving operations. Its core audience is a dispatch department that needs to coordinate orders, deliveries, vehicles, drivers, tickets, and customer visibility across web, iOS, and Android. Ready-mix workflows include delivery-cycle management, water-add and drum-rotation records, batch-plant integrations, quick quoting, driver time tracking, and customer access to delivery status and ticket history.

The plan structure puts dispatch at the center. Standard includes the core dispatch platform, GPS fleet tracking, eTicketing, electronic proof of delivery, a customer portal, reporting, and forecasting.
