Our verdict on Dispatch Pro

Dispatch Pro is a browser-based field service management platform for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, logistics, contracting, and other service teams. It brings calendar scheduling, technician dispatch, route planning, live status, customer profiles, team messaging, notifications, signatures, and operational reporting into one system. Dispatchers work from a central web view, while technicians use phones or tablets through a mobile browser for schedules, job updates, photos, and signatures. It is best suited to teams that want live dispatch visibility without requiring a separate mobile app installation.

Pricing is structured around three monthly tiers. Starter costs $99 per month and includes basic job scheduling, customer management, mobile app access, real-time notifications, and email support. Professional costs $249 per month and adds advanced analytics, inventory management, a Voice AI assistant, video call support, and priority email and phone support. Enterprise includes unlimited users, custom integrations, a dedicated account manager, advanced reporting, priority 24/7 support, and custom SLA guarantees, with custom pricing. The lower tiers have limited ecosystem fit because integrations are not included; Enterprise is the tier for teams needing custom connections.

The strongest operational fit is live coordination: route optimization, GPS-based technician location visibility, customer notifications, team messaging, job-completion signatures, and CSV exports support a dispatcher-led workflow. The product also covers freight dispatch workflows and related construction takeoff software. Teams that prefer a web-first system with scheduling and field visibility should consider Dispatch Pro, particularly if browser-based technician workflows are acceptable. Organizations requiring native mobile apps, broader out-of-the-box integrations, or a lower entry price should look for an alternative with those priorities.
