Access is available through the web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and an API, with personal accounts and organization-managed users supported.
Its pricing follows a freemium structure. The Free plan costs $0 per user per month, supports up to 10 users, includes 100 GB of Drive storage, and offers HD video meetings with up to 100 participants. Basic costs $4 per user per month and supports up to 300 users, 2 TB of Drive storage, two years of message retention, and video meetings up to 24 hours. Standard costs $8 per user per month, with 3 to unlimited users, 5 TB of Drive storage, 10 years of message retention, and meetings with up to 300 participants.
