DigiSigner is a web-based electronic signature service for businesses, including real estate, human resources, legal, and small-business teams. Users can upload documents, add signatures and form fields, invite multiple recipients, monitor completion, and download completed documents. Signature creation supports drawing, typing, or uploading an image. The product is particularly suited to organizations that need straightforward online signing with reusable templates, signing links, and API-enabled workflows.

Pricing is structured around two published paid plans. PRO costs $15 per user per month when billed annually and includes unlimited documents, one sender, multiple signers, templates, branding, and signing links. TEAM costs $50 per month when billed annually and raises the allowance to up to five senders while retaining the other listed highlights. ENTERPRISE offers custom volume pricing. A 14-day free trial is available, and the product does not have a free plan. The pricing structure fits smaller teams at PRO and organizations coordinating several senders at TEAM.

DigiSigner’s strongest functional area is workflow coverage. Bulk sending supports multiple recipients, while sequential and grouped signing workflows accommodate different approval patterns. Completed documents receive an appended audit trail, and document bundles allow related files to be signed together. Embedded signing through an iframe, API callbacks, and signature-request status tracking support custom applications and automated processes. The trade-off is a narrow ecosystem: the product is web-only, and API is the only listed integration. Choose DigiSigner if browser-based signing and API connectivity are priorities; consider alternatives if native integrations or broader platform coverage are central requirements.

DigiSigner pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Templates, signing links, and document bundles support repeatable workflows.
    • Bulk sending, audit trails, and status tracking cover operational signing needs.
    • Sequential, grouped, embedded, and API-based signing options add flexibility.
  • Where it doesn't
    • Web-only access limits platform choice.
    • API is the only listed integration.
    • No free plan; the lowest published tier is billed annually.
