Our verdict on DigiLEAN

DigiLEAN is a web-based lean management platform for manufacturing and other organizations built around visual management and continuous improvement. Teams can create interactive shop-floor, SQCDP and Kanban boards, monitor KPIs, assign actions, register incidents and manage improvement work. Tiered boards aggregate and escalate issues across management levels, while A3 templates, project milestones and ROI calculations support structured problem solving. Web, iOS and Android access, plus an API, suit organizations that need shop-floor information available across devices. Its strongest fit is a lean organization managing visual improvement boards rather than a team seeking a full production-control suite.

The Standard plan costs €13.50 per user per month with annual billing and includes LEAN boards, improvements, incidents, A3, projects and the mobile app. Professional costs €17 per user per month with annual billing and adds Microsoft Teams, single sign-on, LEAN Learning, integrations and Strategy Deployment. Enterprise adds multisite support, Active Directory user lookup and group sync, a customer success team and a custom hosting environment. Required Startup Success and Product Champion fees are additional, while pilot and monthly subscription pricing is available by contacting DigiLEAN. This structure gives smaller and mid-market teams a clear entry tier, with higher plans aimed at broader organizational coordination.

DigiLEAN’s breadth is concentrated in daily management and improvement workflows: task ownership, due dates, notifications, incident follow-up, KPI charts, automatic production-number updates and follow-up Kanban are all covered. REST integrations can connect ERP, MES, CRM, SQL databases and Excel, helping bring organizational data into boards. However, it is not positioned as a core production scheduling or dispatch system. Choose it when visual control, escalation and continuous-improvement discipline are central; consider another category of software when production sequencing and dispatch execution are the primary requirements.
