DialPhone Online Fax is a cloud fax service for healthcare, financial-services, legal and other organizations that retain fax workflows. It supports sending and receiving faxes through web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android apps, as well as Gmail, Outlook and other mail clients. Virtual fax numbers, number porting, delivery confirmations, branded cover pages and international faxing make it suitable for teams that need fax access across locations and devices.
The published plans start with Basic at $9.99 per user per month when billed annually. Basic includes mobile, desktop and web apps, one local phone number per user, business SMS, and unlimited US and Canada calling. Professional costs $17.99 per user per month with annual billing and adds AI transcription and summaries, call recording with 30-day storage, CRM integrations, call queues and skills-based routing. Enterprise adds predictive and progressive dialers, custom AI training, HIPAA BAA and SOC 2 Type II, plus a dedicated customer success manager. A 14-day trial is available.
Its ecosystem is a major fit for organizations already working in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Gmail, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, DocuSign or Adobe Sign. Fax activity also includes delivery confirmations and audit logs, while international coverage reaches 105 countries. DialPhone advertises HIPAA and GDPR support, with Business Associate Agreements available for regulated workflows. Choose it if native apps, number porting, business integrations and global faxing matter; consider another service if a free plan or a different basic number structure is more important.
