It brings together quantity takeoff, cost estimating, bid leveling, historical cost analysis, dashboards, reporting, and collaboration. Teams can organize quantities, labor, materials, fees, assumptions, alternates, contingencies, and value-engineering options in connected estimates. Its 2D and 3D workflows, BIM/model-based insights, user permissions, and audit trail make it suited to enterprise estimating teams that need estimates they can compare, update, and defend.
