Desk365 is a cloud help desk and IT service management platform for customer support and internal teams. It turns requests from email, Microsoft Teams, web forms, widgets, and a support portal into trackable tickets. Agents get a unified inbox, configurable rules, SLA monitoring, reporting, knowledge bases, and customer self-service. The product also covers IT asset lifecycle management, approval workflows, Entra ID synchronization, single sign-on, and AI-assisted replies, summaries, and knowledge-base articles. It is best suited to Microsoft-centric organizations that want help desk and ITSM capabilities in one service.

The published plans show a useful freemium entry point. Free costs USD 0 per month and allows up to 50 tickets per month. Standard costs USD 12 per agent per month when billed annually and adds omni-channel ticketing, workflow automation, SLA reminders and escalations, a knowledge base, and a self-service portal. Plus costs USD 22 per agent per month annually and adds change and approval management, Entra ID sync, AI Copilot, and advanced ticket assignment. Premium costs USD 32 per agent per month annually and adds asset management, Microsoft Intune sync, audit logs, and PII and PHI controls. A 21-day free trial is also available.

Desk365’s strongest fit is its Microsoft-centered ecosystem: listed integrations include Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Asana, and Jira. Its platform coverage includes web, iOS, Android, and API access, while the product supports mobile-responsive experiences. The trade-off is focus: teams seeking broad integration coverage beyond the Microsoft environment may find the ecosystem narrower. Choose Desk365 for Microsoft-based service desks that need SLAs, self-service, approvals, assets, and AI; consider an alternative if non-Microsoft ecosystem breadth is the primary requirement.
