Descartes ShipRush is cloud-based, multi-carrier shipping software for small-to-medium ecommerce businesses, omnichannel retailers, warehouses and technology providers. It combines real-time carrier rate shopping, label printing, shipment tracking, branded tracking pages and automation rules. The platform supports parcel and LTL shipping through web and API access, making it relevant to businesses that need more than basic parcel labels or a single-carrier workflow.
The plans are structured around operational complexity. Express includes no volume restrictions, discounted rates, domestic and cross-border shipping, rate shopping, access to 90+ sales channels, and phone, chat and email support. Speedy adds support for a business's own negotiated carrier rates plus Amazon Seller Central and QuickBooks connections. Warehouse adds LTL freight shipping, customized automation setup assistance, Oracle NetSuite, ODBC/MySQL connectivity, and Bills of Lading with pallet shipping labels.
