DepoFlow is desktop and web software for videographers, court reporters, litigators, paralegals, and trial teams. Its core workflow connects supplied deposition video or audio with transcripts, aligning testimony to page lines for review and trial preparation. Users can search transcripts and video, jump to relevant testimony, manage designation ranges, and create trial-ready clips. The product runs on Windows, macOS, and the web, with local processing for offline workflows.

The pricing structure separates viewing, synchronization, and designation work. Litigators can open, watch, and search synced depositions for free, with page-line navigation and full-text testimony search. Videographers pay $7.50 per credit, where one credit covers one hour of video time on a synchronization job; sync, quality scoring, and export formats are included, credits do not expire, and there is no subscription or per-seat license. Designations and stitched MP4 clip exports cost $99 per transcript and include designation sets, bulk additions, designation-list import, burned-in captions, designation PDFs, and page-line exchange lists. Custom options add volume pricing, firm-wide plans, priority support, and onboarding.

Its strongest fit is a team that already has deposition media and transcripts and needs a focused review-to-trial workflow. Search, click-to-jump navigation, page-line range management, local live captioning, DVT Bundle export, trial-presentation load files, and standalone HTML viewers give it useful breadth around transcript synchronization and presentation. Integrations include TrialDirector, Sanction, Summation, LiveNote/Case Notebook, RealLegal, AMICUS, and OpenDVT. Teams seeking a remote deposition platform, exhibit-management system, or session-recording tool should choose a product built around those activities instead.
