Our verdict on DeliveryLinx

DeliveryLinx is a transportation management system for final-mile, last-mile, courier, line-haul, and freight contractors that subcontract routes. It combines dispatch, GPS tracking, driver communications, proof-of-delivery capture, billing automation, carrier settlement, vendor compliance, and margin reporting. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support multi-territory operations, while the driver apps provide package scanning, photos, signatures, and geofenced proof-of-delivery capture in beta. It is suited to firms that need operational control alongside billing and vendor administration.

The published paid plans use annual-billing monthly prices. Starter costs $269 per month and includes route-file automation for invoices and vendor bills, live delivery and pickup monitoring, rate cards, reporting, XLSX exports, and email support. Pro costs $479 per month and adds a vendor self-service portal, compliance tracking, payment holds, per-vendor rate overrides, signature audit, and claims and dispute tracking. Scale costs $779 per month and adds NetSuite integration, AI document OCR, white-label and co-branding options, API access, dedicated onboarding, and an SLA. Plan & Scan adds route optimization, mobile scanning, geofenced proof of delivery, Bill of Lading generation, mileage and fuel reporting, and performance analytics; Freight (TMS) covers broader load-board and settlement workflows.

Billing controls are the product’s clearest differentiator. DeliveryLinx applies zone-based customer and subcontractor rate cards, imports route files, and produces invoices and vendor bills, with signature audits for missing, fake, malformed, and duplicate proof-of-delivery records. Vendor compliance documents, renewals, payment holds, carrier settlements, and NetSuite-ready workflows extend that control beyond dispatch. Google Maps and Apple Maps support the mapping ecosystem. Choose DeliveryLinx if billing accuracy, subcontractor management, auditability, and margin reporting matter as much as dispatch. Consider another option if customer-facing tracking and customer-specific notifications are central requirements.
