Our verdict on Dekkoo
Dekkoo is a subscription streaming service focused on gay films and series from around the world. Its curated catalog includes movies, series and exclusive original titles, with new titles added weekly. The service is aimed at viewers who want a dedicated catalog of LGBTQ+ stories rather than a general-purpose streaming library. Subscribers get ad-free, unlimited access to the subscription catalog, while some individual titles are offered separately for rental or purchase.
The published plans show two ways to subscribe: Monthly costs $9.99 per month, and Annual costs $83.88 per year. Both include unlimited streaming. Dekkoo also offers a free trial to new subscribers, though the trial duration is not established here; it is not a free-plan service. The annual option is for viewers comfortable paying for a year at a time, while monthly billing avoids that commitment. Separate rentals and purchases are distinct from subscription access, so viewers should check whether a specific title is included before subscribing or paying for it individually.
Dekkoo lists website, iOS and Android access, and its service description also refers to viewing on televisions and streaming platforms. Supported device listings include phones, tablets, computers, TVs, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV and select Smart TVs. 4K is indicated for at least one title, rather than established across the catalog. The focused library and ad-free unlimited subscription make Dekkoo a fit for fans seeking gay films and series; viewers looking for a broad, general entertainment catalog or a free ongoing plan should consider another service. It is also worth weighing the $9.99 monthly entry price against how much of the catalog matches your interests.
