Deckgauge is an engineering intelligence and delivery analytics platform for engineering leaders and delivery teams. It brings issues, pull requests, commits, and work items from Jira, GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps into boards, dashboards, roadmaps, organizational views, and reporting. Its scope covers DORA-aligned measures, flow and cycle-time analytics, pull-request review and quality indicators, workload reporting, and AI-adoption measures. Teams can run it on their own infrastructure with Docker or choose managed hosting.

Pricing is structured around team size and deployment preference. The free Community plan includes a self-hosted core, no seat cap, and no feature gating on metrics. The plan for up to 25 engineers costs $600 per month and includes the full product with managed hosting or a commercial self-hosted license. Plans for up to 50 and 100 engineers cost $1,100 and $2,000 per month, respectively; the 100-engineer plan adds multi-organization deployment. Teams above 100 engineers receive volume pricing. Annual prepayment for up to 50 engineers costs $11,000 per year and includes two months free. A 30-day free trial is also listed.

Its main advantage is breadth: Deckgauge combines delivery measurement, work management views, roadmaps, organizational trees, timesheets, workload reporting, connectors, and read-only Advisor and MCP analytics tools. Microsoft Graph and Calendar integrations extend the listed ecosystem beyond engineering repositories and issue tracking. The platform is a stronger fit for larger organizations that want consolidated work analytics and self-hosting options. Smaller teams may prefer the free edition or a lower-cost alternative to the paid plans. DORA results should also be interpreted carefully because deployment frequency, change failure rate, and time to restore are proxies unless deployment and incident data are connected.
