DayHelm is a web-based AI productivity assistant for individuals who want email, calendar, and task management in one workspace. It connects to Gmail or Outlook and Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 Calendar, then combines email categorization and priority scoring with drafted replies, calendar conflict detection, focus-block writing, event rescheduling, morning briefings, and task creation from meetings or messages. Notes, contacts, focus sessions, analytics, and AI recommendations extend the workspace beyond basic inbox assistance.
The freemium structure starts with a Free plan at $0 per month. It includes email, calendar, and task management, one connected email account, 10 AI suggestions per day, and Gmail, Outlook, and Google Calendar connections. Premium costs $12 per month with annual billing and adds unlimited AI suggestions and replies, up to five email accounts, integrations with Slack, Notion, Todoist, Asana, Trello, Zoom, and Teams, plus focus-time protection on the calendar. Team costs $20 per user per month with annual billing and includes Premium features; shared workspaces, a team calendar, admin controls, audit logs, and collaborative task workflows are marked coming soon. A 14-day free trial is available.
Integration breadth is a central part of DayHelm’s design. Two-way task synchronization works with Todoist, Asana, and Trello, while calendar and meeting workflows connect with Google, Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, and Zoom. Support is provided through email and documentation, and the stated compliance posture includes GDPR and two-factor authentication. Solo users and small teams that prefer a browser workspace should find the feature mix well aligned with daily coordination. Users who require native mobile access or mature team administration should choose another product, especially while the Team additions remain forthcoming.
