DataHub Pro is a browser-based analytics platform for early-stage product teams, SaaS founders, agencies, finance teams and SMEs without dedicated analytics engineering resources. It turns Excel, CSV, JSON and warehouse exports into dashboards, forecasts, cohort retention analyses, funnel reports and branded business reports. Product teams can also examine feature adoption, A/B-test lift, confidence intervals and power, anomalies and KPI performance, while AI-assisted questions provide pandas tool traces.

The freemium structure gives smaller teams a practical entry point. The Free plan includes core analytics tools, Excel, CSV and Google Sheets imports, PDF export with a watermark, AI queries with a daily limit and community support. Pro costs $19.99 per user per month or $199 per user per year, adding all 67 analytics tools, unlimited file uploads and AI, direct Shopify, Stripe and Xero imports, branded PDF and DOCX exports and email support. Enterprise adds volume discounts, full white-label exports, multi-client workspaces, SSO / SAML, audit logs, API access and DPA. A seven-day free trial is also available.

Its main fit is structured analysis of imported business data rather than continuous behavioral instrumentation. The platform supports connectors and integrations including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Meta Ads, MySQL, Airtable, Notion, PayPal, Pipedrive, Plausible, Klaviyo and Mailchimp, alongside event CSV, JSON and warehouse-export analysis. Scheduled reports, live data refreshes and multiple export formats strengthen its reporting workflow. Choose DataHub Pro when your team needs broad product analysis and client-ready reporting without building an analytics engineering layer. Choose an alternative when real-time event tracking, session replay or a non-web platform is central to your work.

DataHub Pro pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Funnel, cohort, adoption and A/B-test analysis in one workspace
    • AI questions, anomaly detection and scheduled reporting
    • Branded DOCX, PPTX and PDF exports for business reporting
  • Where it doesn't
    • Analysis relies on uploaded snapshots or exports, not real-time event tracking
    • Web-only access limits platform flexibility
    • No session replay for investigating individual user behavior
