Dastra is a cloud-based privacy and GDPR compliance platform for data protection officers, operational teams, and organizations managing personal-data governance. It brings together records of processing activities, data mapping, data-subject requests, privacy impact assessments, questionnaires, breach management, risk management, task workflows, cookie consent, and collaborative work across legal entities. Its scope suits teams that want one system for day-to-day privacy operations rather than a tool focused on a single compliance task.

Dastra uses three plan levels. Starter includes an enhanced processing record, Privacy by Design questionnaires, asset and stakeholder records, a glossary and data mapping, third-party audit, and monitoring and resources. Pro adds data-subject rights request management, data-breach management, contracts and policies with AI analytics, and a trust center. Enterprise adds regulatory framework management, evidence automation, risk management, SAML2 and OpenID SSO, plus advanced security and integrations. Paid pricing is contact-sales, while a one-month trial provides an evaluation period without being a free plan.

Its ecosystem is a major part of the product’s fit. Dastra supports web and API access, REST API, webhooks, and integrations with tools including DocuSign, ServiceNow, Zapier, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook, Trello, Azure DevOps, OneDrive, and Office 365. Cookie consent, retention management, regulatory workflows, and AI features extend the platform beyond inventory and mapping. Choose Dastra if your team needs broad privacy workflows and connected operational processes. A narrower tool may be more suitable if you only need one focused capability or prefer self-serve pricing.
