Daktela Contact Centre review
A contact-centre platform for teams combining WhatsApp with voice and other channels.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
Daktela Contact Centre is an omnichannel customer-service platform for businesses and contact-centre teams that need WhatsApp alongside voice, email, webchat, SMS and social channels. WhatsApp Business conversations can be routed through queues to agents, stored as interactions and managed with approved templates. Conversation tickets combine activities in one thread, while internal comments, CRM history and consolidated contact records support team collaboration. Reports, analytics and real-time monitoring are also included, with optional AI coworkers for chat, voice and email automation.
Pricing is structured around channel coverage. The Social plan costs €25 per user per month, billed monthly, and includes Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram, along with comment management and reply templates. The All channels · Omnichannel plan costs €86 per user per month, billed monthly, and adds voice, email, webchat, SMS and social channels, with everything in one thread and one history. Pricing is shown in EUR excluding VAT and is stated as valid in the EU. Daktela also lists a 14-day free trial, but there is no free plan. Teams focused on WhatsApp and social messaging can start with Social; contact centres requiring voice need the higher-priced omnichannel tier.
Platform coverage includes web, iOS, Android, a Chrome extension and an API. Listed integrations include Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Active Directory, SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google, Azure, PrestaShop, Shoptet, Microsoft and Chrome. That ecosystem suits organisations connecting customer conversations with CRM, business and collaboration systems. The main trade-off is scope: teams wanting voice, email and webchat must move beyond the Social plan, while teams seeking only a lightweight WhatsApp inbox may find its broader contact-centre features unnecessary. Daktela is a strong fit for structured, multi-channel service operations; choose another option if those wider workflows are not required.
