CWILL Product Reviews is a Shopify-focused application for ecommerce merchants who want to collect, manage, and display customer feedback. It supports text, photo, and video reviews through automated email requests, reminders, and onsite pop-ups. Merchants can import historical reviews, moderate and reply to submissions, filter and export review data, and present feedback through widgets, grids, and carousels. The product also includes custom review attributes, structured feedback, review translations, and checkout review displays for eligible Shopify Plus merchants.
The plan structure covers a free starting point and progressively broader collection, display, marketing, and commerce features. Free costs $0 per month and includes unlimited review invitations, photo reviews, basic review components, and review replies. Starter costs $11.99 per month and adds unlimited displayed reviews, branded email templates, push notification and WhatsApp collection, and Google summaries. Pro costs $29.99 per month and adds Google Shopping, video reviews, product grouping, advanced email marketing integrations, customer accounts, and Q&A.
