Customs OS is web software for licensed customs brokers and their operations teams. It ingests document packets such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and arrival notices. The system extracts fields, applies deterministic cross-document validation rules, and sends exceptions to a broker review queue. Human review remains part of the workflow before customs action, while the product records broker confirmations or dismissals against each packet.

Its strongest capability is the combination of AI extraction with explainable review controls. Extracted values retain source-document and page traceability, allowing brokers to inspect where information came from before making a decision. Tenant isolation and encrypted data storage address the product's handling of customs paperwork, and the published product direction includes SOC 2 work in progress. Customs OS is presented as being in private beta, with pricing handled through contact with sales and potentially an order form or pricing page.

The scope is deliberately narrower than a full customs-management suite. Customs OS does not verify customs declaration filing, provide HTS classification, calculate duties, manage compliance records, or replace the broker of record.
