Curobi is a Shopify subscription commerce and analytics platform for merchants selling recurring products, curated boxes, build-your-own boxes, bundles, and memberships. It combines subscription-plan management, a storefront widget, customer self-service controls, lifecycle emails, payment recovery, cancellation save flows, migration tools, and recurring-revenue reporting. The product is positioned especially for specialty coffee roasters and other Shopify brands that want subscription operations and analytics in one Shopify-centered system.
Pricing is structured around two monthly plans. Starter costs $29.99 per month and includes Subscribe & Save selling plans, a customer portal, branded lifecycle emails, a subscriptions dashboard with CSV export, and 0% transaction fees. Pro costs $69.99 per month and includes everything in Starter, plus automatic failed-payment recovery, cancellation save offers, revenue, churn and renewal analytics, cohort analytics, and migration and CSV import tools. A 14-day free trial is available, while the published plans do not include a free plan. For merchants focused on retention and recurring-revenue analysis, Pro is the more complete tier because it adds cohort retention, LTV, net revenue retention, and MRR forecasting.
Shopify is the central platform fit, with integrations for Recharge, Appstle, Loop, Bold, and Seal. Curobi also provides developer APIs and outbound webhooks, alongside Shopify’s native checkout and subscription billing rails. Its breadth covers commerce workflows as well as analytics, including curated boxes, mix-and-match quantity-break bundles, failed-payment retries, recovery tracking, churn insights, and customer self-service. Shopify brands that want subscription selling and performance analysis together should find the product aligned with that workflow. Businesses seeking a broad, standalone subscription-analytics system beyond a Shopify-centered environment should consider a different category fit.
