CreateSurvey is web-based survey software for individuals, research teams, companies, and agencies. It supports questionnaire creation with choice, text, rating, matrix, date, and file or image upload questions, along with templates, branching, skip rules, conditional visibility, quotas, screening, response limits, timers, and closing dates. Distribution options include links, QR codes, collectors, embeds, and email invitations. It is aimed at teams that need more than basic forms, particularly when survey programming and research reporting are central requirements.
The free plan includes almost all core features, but adds ads to the survey completion page and limits email sending and customization. Paid Pro plans add the full feature set with higher limits, remove ads, and provide additional customization options. Listed Pro pricing includes $99 per month, $269 per 3 months, $499 per 6 months, and $759 per year. The published starting price is $63 per month with annual billing.
