Crawley Cloud review
A flexible scraper with a free plan and paid scheduling tiers from $9 per month.

Crawley Cloud collects structured data from websites through a visual point-and-click builder or developer interfaces including a REST API, Python SDK, and CLI. It suits solo operators and small or mid-market teams that need to gather and monitor web data, including for price monitoring, lead generation, market research, or AI dataset collection. JavaScript rendering, pagination, and infinite-scroll support broaden the types of sites and pages it can handle, while scheduled runs reduce the need to launch crawls manually.
The published monthly plans start with Free, which includes point-and-click and auto-detect, the full REST API, and community support. Starter costs $9 per month and adds scheduled crawls and email support. Pro is $29 per month, adding hourly scheduling, webhooks and exports, and managed proxies. Scale costs $79 per month and adds a priority crawl queue and 90-day data retention. Business is $199 per month and adds team collaboration, an SLA, and audit logs. The tiers make the progression clear, but features such as hourly scheduling and managed proxies are reserved for Pro and above; teams needing them should budget accordingly.
Crawley Cloud pairs collection with change detection, per-run diffs, alerts, data validation, and anomaly alerts, which is useful when keeping an eye on changing pages matters as much as collecting a first snapshot. Results can be exported as CSV, XLSX, JSON, JSONL, or XML, and Slack and Google Sheets are listed integrations. The hosted product is cloud-based; the vendor's pricing page also mentions an on-prem Enterprise offering, while self-hosted use appears to refer to the underlying open-source Crawley engine rather than the hosted service. Choose Crawley Cloud for visual workflows with developer access and monitoring. Teams that need hourly scheduling at the entry tier, or team collaboration below Business, should consider alternatives.
