Crafter.ai is a no-code platform from Athics s.r.l. for creating AI agents and conversational chatbots. It is suited to companies building customer care, sales, marketing, HR, help desk and internal-process assistants. The platform combines large language models with a visual conversation flow designer, retrieval-augmented generation and a knowledge base that can use documents, FAQs, web pages and business data. Agents can also transfer conversations to human operators across supported channels.
The strongest fit is its breadth of deployment and integration options. Agents can run through web chat, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, email, Facebook Messenger, SMS, voicebot, kiosks and API connections.
