Cosmic Byte Orbit is a browser-based configuration portal for compatible Cosmic Byte mice, keyboards, gamepads, and controllers. It suits Cosmic Byte owners who want to adjust device behavior across Windows, macOS, and Linux without a paid plan. Setup runs through Chrome, Edge, and other Chromium browsers; Linux users and devices requiring a local bridge need the free Cosmic Byte Connect helper. Orbit is focused on Cosmic Byte hardware rather than general-purpose peripheral configuration.

Its controls cover both everyday input changes and more detailed tuning: users can remap buttons and keys, record and bind macros, adjust DPI and pointer sensitivity, configure polling rate, and set RGB modes, colors, brightness, and speed. Stick and trigger deadzones are also configurable. Guided firmware updates are included, and profiles can be saved directly to compatible device memory. That onboard storage makes settings portable with the device, while the published feature set centers on device configuration rather than app-specific profile switching.

Orbit is free for Cosmic Byte device owners, and the published plans do not describe a paid tier. The main setup constraint is connection method: configuration uses USB or a 2.4GHz dongle, not Bluetooth-only mode. Some controllers have limited macOS configuration support, so users with those devices should account for that platform caveat. Support channels include email, phone, ticket, and community. Choose Orbit if you own compatible Cosmic Byte gear and want free, cross-platform remapping and tuning; choose another option if you need Bluetooth-only setup or configuration beyond the supported device ecosystem.
