Conviso Platform is a cloud-based application security posture management platform for organizations running AppSec programs across the software development lifecycle. It brings together application, API, and service asset inventory with findings from SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST, SBOM, container testing, penetration testing, cloud security workflows, and external scanners. Development and security teams can use it to correlate and deduplicate findings, prioritize risk, manage vulnerabilities, and connect remediation work to development processes.

Pricing has a clear low-entry structure. The Free plan costs $0 per contributing developer per month and includes Asset Risk Score, Asset Management, Vulnerability Management, Application Security Testing Orchestration, and SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, and container testing. The Developers plan costs $19 per contributing developer per month with monthly billing, or $2,040 per year with annual payment. It adds unlimited assets, users, and integrations, plus Secure by Design, policies, and custom vulnerability templates. Conviso states a 12-month minimum contract and offers monthly or annual payment options, so teams should assess contributing-developer scope before selecting a paid plan.

Integration and workflow coverage are central to the platform. Supported connections include GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, AWS CodeBuild, Jira, ServiceNow, Slack, Snyk, SonarQube, Semgrep, Checkmarx, and Backstage. GraphQL API and command-line access support broader automation, while remediation workflows include tickets, status tracking, and proposed pull requests. Conviso also adds threat modeling, security policies, dashboards, analytics, and risk correlation between architectural risks and vulnerabilities. Choose it when a team wants broad ASPM capabilities and cross-tool visibility; consider a narrower application security tool when the requirement is limited to one testing workflow.

Conviso Platform pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Correlates and deduplicates findings across major security testing sources
    • Prioritizes risk using asset criticality and exposure
    • Includes asset inventory, SBOM, workflows, APIs, and CI/CD integrations
  • Where it doesn't
    • Paid access is priced per contributing developer
    • Deployment is cloud-based
    • The broad feature set may exceed the needs of single-purpose teams
