Conta Azul review
A broad accounting and operations toolkit for Brazilian businesses, with inventory and e-invoicing.

Conta Azul Pro brings accounting and day-to-day business management into a cloud platform for Brazilian companies. It is aimed at solo operators through midsize businesses, with tools for financial records, sales, purchases, customer and supplier records, electronic invoicing, reporting, and inventory. Sales can feed financial records and stock, then provide the basis for invoices and collections. Web, iOS, Android, and API access give it a wider footprint than a desktop-only accounting package.
Its operational breadth is the main reason to consider it. Businesses can import or automatically receive bank transactions and reconcile them with financial records, while capturing financial-document data to suggest payable or receivable entries for review. The platform also creates NF-e and NFS-e invoices and tracks stock movements, counts, and history. Bank integrations, Open Finance, WhatsApp, email, and Conta Azul Mais are named integration options; the product lists 100 integrations. This combination suits businesses that want bookkeeping workflows connected to sales and stock, rather than a narrow invoicing tool.
Published plans are organized by business size and user allowance: Essencial is for MEI with one user, Controle for microenterprises with two, Avançado for small businesses with five, and Performance for midsize businesses with 15. The product is paid and has no free plan. Although a starting price is stated, the published plan information here does not provide plan-by-plan prices, so buyers should compare the current billing terms before choosing. Conta Azul is a stronger fit when bank reconciliation, Brazilian electronic invoices, and inventory belong in one system; businesses seeking a free accounting option or a simpler invoice-only workflow should look elsewhere. Chat, phone, and documentation are support channels, without 24/7 support.
