Concierge Plus is a cloud-based property management platform for HOAs, condominiums, multifamily communities, property owners, and property management companies. It brings resident communications, announcements, online payments, maintenance requests, amenity reservations, package tracking, visitor management, documents, reporting, and accounting-system integrations into one system. Web access is paired with iOS and Android apps, while an AI resident assistant supports community questions and workflows. The product is aimed at teams managing individual communities, multiple buildings, or broader property portfolios.
Its strongest fit is resident-facing operations. Residents can submit and track service requests, pay fees, dues, and rent online, reserve amenities, receive announcements, manage visitor and contractor activity, and access documents and media. Managers also get reporting and portfolio insights, package and delivery tracking, and configurable modules. The combination is well suited to communities that want daily interactions and amenity processes organized in one platform rather than split across separate resident tools.
