Commento is a cloud-based social media comment management platform for creators, brands, agencies, and enterprise teams. It brings Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube comments into one dashboard for automated spam, bot, and fake-account detection, configurable moderation rules, sentiment and topic analysis, crisis alerts, ticket creation, reporting, and replies. Teams can connect social accounts through official OAuth flows, then work from the web platform or use the API.
Pricing is structured around a free trial and four paid tiers. The free trial includes 500 comments, has no time limit, and requires no credit card. Starter costs $59.99 per month and adds AI summary reports, data export, and unlimited analysis runs. Professional costs $159.99 per month and adds campaign analysis, comment moderation, live monitoring, and advanced AI insights and recommendations.
