Command Wheel review
A focused Windows 11 launcher for commands, shortcuts, snippets, and quick access.

Command Wheel is a paid Windows 11 desktop application for users who want a radial command launcher rather than a conventional Start menu replacement. It opens a customizable wheel at the pointer and can launch applications, websites, files, and folders. It also supports keyboard shortcuts, text snippets, and PowerShell commands, making it suited to users who want quick access to varied actions from one overlay.
Its standout feature is the configurable wheel system. Users can create multiple wheels, with four to eight actions per wheel, and tailor each action with labels, tooltips, colors, and icons. Activation works through keyboard or mouse shortcuts, while Windows notification-area controls keep the application accessible in the background. This combination gives the launcher a narrow but useful focus: organizing frequently used commands around the pointer instead of changing Windows navigation itself.
Command Wheel fits Windows 11 workflows that benefit from a compact overlay and flexible command access. It supports Windows global keyboard and mouse shortcuts, the notification area, and PowerShell, and stores configuration and diagnostic data locally. However, its platform scope is limited to Windows 11, and it does not customize the Start menu or taskbar. Users seeking system-wide Start menu or taskbar personalization should choose a different category of tool; users seeking radial access to applications, content, snippets, shortcuts, and commands may find Command Wheel a focused match.
