ColossusCloud VPS is a cloud hosting platform for deploying Linux and Windows virtual servers through a self-service portal. It suits website owners, developers, database operators, and teams running containers or other server applications. Customers can choose a server size, operating system, and location, with Linux instances providing full root SSH access. The platform also offers private networking, server resizing, hourly billing, optional daily backups and snapshots, and managed plans.

Pricing starts at $5 per month. The G5.1 plan costs $5 monthly for 2 vCPUs, 1 GB RAM, 100 GB disk, and 2 TB bandwidth on AMD Milan. G5.2 is $10 for 2 GB RAM, 100 GB disk, and 3 TB bandwidth, while G5.4 is $20 for 4 vCPUs, 4 GB RAM, 150 GB disk, and 4 TB bandwidth. G5.8 costs $35 with 6 vCPUs, 8 GB RAM, 200 GB disk, and 6 TB bandwidth; G5.12 costs $50 with 6 vCPUs, 12 GB RAM, 200 GB disk, and 8 TB bandwidth. The G3 series also starts at $5, using Xeon E5 processors with 35 GB to 80 GB disk, 1 GB to 4 GB RAM, and 2 TB to 4 TB bandwidth. Windows pricing is higher than Linux pricing.

Its broad integration list supports cPanel, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Python, PHP, Node.js, MongoDB, Hadoop, Office, SQL Server, and Exchange. Ceph distributed storage with replicated data adds a clear infrastructure focus, while private networking and optional backups support more involved deployments. Six data center locations provide geographic choice, though less breadth than a larger global footprint. Choose ColossusCloud for flexible Linux or Windows VPS hosting, root access, and varied application compatibility. Look elsewhere if location coverage is the deciding factor or if backups must be included by default.
